We specialise in all varieties of New Zealand made Gouda including traditionally aged Vintage, Maasdam and Leyden, which we age and care for ourselves. Our goudas are produced by award winning Dutch cheesemakers Meyer Gouda, Karikaas, Mahoe, Mercer and Barry's Bay Cheese.

We also stock quality boutique cheeses sourced from all over New Zealand including an extensive selection of sheep and goats cheeses, blue cheeses, soft and fresh cheeses, mozzarellas, fetas and Italian parmesans.

We also offer an excellent range of Whitestone, Evansdale, Talbot Forest, Over the Moon Dairy, Meadowcroft Farm, Blue River and Gruff Junction Goats cheeses.

To accompany your cheeseboard we have a selection of gourmet deli products such as balsamic figs, Zesti cheese wafers, Euro Deli salamis, as well as Robbie's own range of gourmet preserves, which are to die for…

How to care for and enjoy your cheese

Hard cheeses tend to dry out in the refrigerator, so they are best kept in a small air tight container. Soft cheeses should also be kept in a Klick Klack or similar airtight container. If possible keep in a cool larder or safe instead of refrigerator.

Remember, always serve cheese at room temperature to experience the best flavour and texture. Remove from the refrigerator several hours before serving.

Fresh cut cheese is best eaten as fresh as possible. Leftover cheese can be used to enhance salads, quiches or vegetable dishes.
