Special occasion cheesecakes are created by CheeseShop using your own selection of whole cheeses suitable for stacking. Decorating with your own choice of fruit: apples, grapes, peaches, nectarines, berries or any other seasonal fruit or vegetable is an option. Or you may prefer to decorate with rosebuds, jasmine or floral arrangements of your choice.

Your cheesecake is a novel substitute for the traditional fruitcake or spongecake, and an exciting talking point and tasting for your guests. When the photographs have been taken, the cake is dismantled and cut ready for the feast.

Cheesecakes can be made from as little as one cheese, up to 10 or 12 cheeses of your choice. They can range in price from $40–50 up to $900–$1000 each, depending on how many people you wish to cater for.

For example, a gathering of 100 people, catering as part of a buffet meal, would require an 8–10 kg cheesecake, costing $300–$450 depending on the cheeses selected.
